Tasks and purposes of the course:
- the development of confident and fluent speaking skills;
- the building up and improvement of business communication skills;
- the building up of an active occupational vocabulary in management and business management field;
- the practical and professional understanding of management and business management;
- the understanding of modern theory and the practice of international management.

- strategic planning and changes;
- intellectual assets management;
- organizational culture;
- use and control of resources.
Skills obtained during the course:
- business writing – electronic business correspondence, current reports, advertising and merchandising;
- preparation and carrying out of presentations – introduction, structure and admission, sales of products and services, responses to questions, controversial questions and solutions;
- carrying out of negotiations and business meetings – planning, organizing, purpose definition, holding meetings, troubleshooting, reaching compromises and decision making;
- business communication over the telephone – a course in the correct taking and making of messages, arranging meetings, clarifying and making information clear and finding a compromise.
The programme is intended for 50-70 hours.
