Tasks and purposes of the course:

  • the development of confident and fluent speaking skills;
  • the building up and improvement of business communication skills;
  • the building up of an active occupational vocabulary in management and business management field;
  • the practical and professional understanding of management and business management;
  • the understanding of modern theory and the practice of international management.


Course topics:

  • useful information and communication orientated towards results;
  • focussing on the client, planning, changes;
  • strategic planning and changes;
  • intellectual assets management;
  • organizational culture;
  • use and control of resources.


Skills obtained during the course:

  • business writing – electronic business correspondence, current reports, advertising and merchandising;
  • preparation and carrying out of presentations – introduction, structure and admission, sales of products and services, responses to questions, controversial questions and solutions;
  • carrying out of negotiations and business meetings – planning, organizing, purpose definition, holding meetings, troubleshooting, reaching compromises and decision making;
  • business communication over the telephone – a course in the correct taking and making of messages, arranging meetings, clarifying and making information clear and finding a compromise.

The programme is intended for 50-70 hours.
